We are located in Golden Valley Township in northern Rutherford County of western North Carolina, halfway between the towns of Marion and Shelby. We are best accessed via NC RT 226.
This is the rural foothills area, with our elevation being 1200 feet, surrounded by gently rolling hills of 2400 feet in height. This helps give our climate the advantage of the famous “Thermal Belt,” a documented geographic and environmental local oddity that usually insulates and moderates this area against the worst of weather extremes. The pleasant drive through the countryside always provides a relaxing break from city life.
